This The Pinnacle Group Inc (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service agreement or master service agreement (each, an â€œAgreementâ€).
Colocation Access Policy
In order to ensure the safety and security of our facility, our clients and their colocated systems, The Pinnacle Group Inc has specific policies and procedures that all employees, clients and guests must follow.
The Pinnacle Group Inc provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by The Pinnacle Group Inc from time to time without notice to you.

All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail.The Pinnacle Group Inc may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; The Pinnacle Group Inc may broadcast changes to the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to CUSTOMER.
